Returns & Refunds Policy

BronxSportswear offers a 30-day return period for physical products purchased through bronxsportswear.com. This voluntary policy is in addition to, and does not replace, your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To request a return, email bronxsport.business@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

For returns made under our voluntary 30-day policy after the statutory cancellation period, items must be unworn, unused and unwashed, with original tags attached and in a condition suitable for resale. Please include proof of purchase. Original packaging should be returned where reasonably possible.

Your statutory right to cancel

For most goods bought online, UK consumers have the right to cancel without giving a reason within 14 days after the day the goods are received. If you exercise that right, you then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

You may examine or try on goods as you reasonably would in a shop. We may make a lawful deduction from the refund if handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods reduces their value.

Return postage

For an ordinary change-of-mind return, including a statutory cancellation, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage. This does not apply where the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described; in those cases we will meet reasonable return costs where required by law.

Refunds

For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund the price paid and, where applicable, the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. If you selected a more expensive delivery service, the additional delivery cost does not have to be refunded.

We will make a statutory cancellation refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods, or after you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds are normally made to the original payment method.

For a return made only under our additional 30-day policy after the statutory cancellation period has expired, the original delivery charge is not refundable unless we are required by law to refund it.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at bronxsport.business@gmail.com. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are separate from our 30-day change-of-mind policy and may continue beyond 30 days. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.

Sale items

Sale items are covered by the same 30-day voluntary returns policy described above. Your statutory rights also apply to sale items.

Exchanges

Unless we agree otherwise, the quickest way to obtain another size or product is to return the original item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
