1. About BronxSportswear
BronxSportswear is the trading name used by BRONXSPORTSWEAR LTD. When restoration is effective and sales resume, the legal seller will be BRONXSPORTSWEAR LTD, company number 15511359, registered in England and Wales, with registered office at 29 Nympsfield Road, Tuffley, Gloucester, GL4 0NG, United Kingdom.

2. These terms
These terms apply to consumer purchases made through bronxsportswear.com when online sales resume. They should be read together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts rights you have under mandatory UK consumer law.
3. Products and product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and manufacturing tolerances. Product measurements and sizing information are guides unless stated otherwise. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty or not as described.
4. Prices and delivery charges
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Applicable taxes are included where required. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you submit an order. Prices and promotions may change before an order is accepted, but changes will not affect an already accepted order.
5. Placing an order and contract formation
Product listings are invitations to place an order. When you submit an order you make an offer to buy the products shown. An automatic order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it. A contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched, whichever communication clearly confirms acceptance.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, we reasonably suspect fraud, there is an obvious pricing or description error, or delivery is not available to the address supplied. If payment has already been taken for an order we do not accept, it will be refunded.
6. Payment
Payment is due using the payment methods offered at checkout. Payment processing may be provided by Shopify or other authorised payment providers. You must provide accurate billing and contact information.
7. Delivery
We deliver only within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Orders are dispatched within 2 calendar days after acceptance and successful payment authorisation unless a different timescale is clearly stated before purchase. Standard Delivery is estimated at 5–7 days after dispatch and Priority Delivery at 2–3 days after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
For consumer orders, risk in the goods generally passes when you, or a person you nominate, takes physical possession of them, subject to applicable law.
8. Cancellations, returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day voluntary return period. In addition, most UK consumers purchasing goods online have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days after delivery and then have a further 14 days to return the goods. For ordinary change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the direct return postage cost. Different rules apply to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. 9. Faulty goods and statutory rights
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described as required by law. Your remedies for faulty goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not limited by our voluntary returns policy or these terms.
10. Accounts
If you create a customer account, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping access to your account secure. Please tell us promptly if you believe your account is being used without permission.
11. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions stated with the offer, including eligibility, expiry dates, qualifying spend and restrictions on combining offers. Mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Intellectual property and website use
The website and its original text, branding, graphics, designs and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, lawful shopping and information purposes. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, scrape it unlawfully, or infringe the rights of BronxSportswear or another person.
13. Our responsibility to consumers
We are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.
Products sold for personal use are not supplied for business or commercial purposes, and we are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity arising from a consumer purchase, except where the law does not permit that exclusion.
14. Events outside reasonable control
If an event outside our reasonable control delays or prevents performance, we will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect and keep affected customers informed. Your legal rights, including any right to cancel for serious delay or non-delivery, remain unaffected.
15. Complaints
If you have a complaint, email bronxsport.business@gmail.com and include your order number where relevant. We will try to resolve the issue promptly.
16. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you retain any mandatory rights under the law applicable to you and may generally bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live. Consumers in England and Wales may generally bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.
17. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when your order is accepted will apply to that order unless a change is required by law.
